Tokyo Toni is someone who never fails to keep her followers entertained, and her latest freestyle is certainly no exception. Earlier this week, the iconic mother of Angela White, FKA Blac Chyna, took to social media to spit some bars for her fans. As expected, she threw plenty of shade along the way, namely towards Megan Thee Stallion and Cardi B.

The Finding Love ASAP star is known to have issues with Cardi, as she’s both a fan and friend of one of the femcee’s longtime rivals, Nicki Minaj. During Nicki’s infamous feud with Meg after the drop of “Hiss,” she also sided with the “FTCU” performer. She’s since accused Cardi B of stealing her look and sneak dissing her, and slammed any Meg supporter to cross her path.

Tokyo Toni Says Cardi B “Lost Out,” Calls Megan Thee Stallion “Thotted Out”

Tokyo kept her disses short and simple, but they still managed to pack a punch. “Nicki Minaj, shout-out,” she rhymes. “Cardi B lost out. Megan thotted out.” Clearly, Tokyo Toni isn’t dodging any kind of smoke these days. It’s to be seen whether or not either of the rappers will respond. Fortunately for them, they’re in good company, as the reality star has also previously dissed Beyonce, Karlissa Saffold, and many more. She even recently went after Rick Ross in another freestyle, calling the hitmaker a “fat bald b*tch.”

MGK Avoids Taylor Swift Question Because He Doesn’t Want “Smoke” With Swifties

MGK has spent most of his career battling other artists. He’s aimed confrontational bars at the likes of Jack Harlow, G-Eazy, and most famously, Eminem. He hasn’t always come out on top (most fans think Eminem took his head off), but that’s beside the point. The bottom line is that he’s shown a willingness to get in the ring when he has an issue with someone. It may be due of this reputation that MGK clarified he has no problem with Taylor Swift. The rapper-turned-rock star stated, unequivocally, that he doesn’t want to suffer the ire of “Swifties.”

The topic came about during a recent episode of the YouTube series First We Feast. MGK and Trippie Redd took turns giving each other difficult prompts, and the former got a doozy involving Swift. Redd dared MGK to name three negative things about the “Antihero” singer. “You offered to pay $1 million if Travis Kelce would come play for the Cleveland Browns,” the rapper noted. “Burn that bridge by saying three mean things about Taylor Swift.” MGK immediately rejected the prompt, despite Redd’s teasing. “Jesus Christ, I just — bro, she’s very nice,” MGK asserted. “She’s very, very nice.”

MGK Claimed That Taylor Swift Is A “Saint”

Redd’s teasing continued, which spurred MGK to state his reasoning. “Ladies and gentleman,” he stated. You’ve got to be out of your muthaf**king mind if you think I want any smoke with that fanbase.” MGK’s unadulterated support continued: “Also, Taylor is a saint and she’s very nice to me.” MGK’s fandom is not surprising, given that he was pictured partying alongside Swift and Kelce at the Super Bowl. The “Tickets to My Downfall” singer was also seen attending Swift’s “Eras Tour” in August 2023.

MGK and Trippie Redd recently dropped the collab EP Genre: Sadboy. The former made his name in the world of pop-punk over the last couple years, but he recently told Audacy that he’s going to be returning to rap music. “I’m going to make a rap album for myself,” he announced. “For no other reason, no point to prove, no chip on my shoulder… If I keep doing things to prove things to people, I’m going to, one, drive myself crazy and, two, not make a good product.”

According to TMZ, Ye plans to open a brand new “Yeezy porn” studio as early as this summer. He’s teaming up with Stormy Daniels’ ex Mike Moz for the unexpected venture. Ye shared the news officially on his YouTube channel today, alongside a brief message.

While Ye appears to be on his way to breaking new ground, not all of his fans are thrilled about it. Amid the reports, he’s received a great deal of backlash online. Religious supporters, and those who recall him admitting to having a porn addiction, continue to criticize him for the bold move. According to Adam22, however, he could have a positive impact on the industry as a whole.

During a recent interview with TMZ, the No Jumper host weighed in on the reports of Ye’s new venture. He also offered the mogul some words of advice. “The main thing that I think that Kanye could bring to the porn world, aside from just more eyeballs, would just be him sort of adding to the aesthetic component,” he explained.

“Cuz if you look at the brands that have come out over the years that have really kind of changed things in terms of porn, I think just like creating new imagery and like changing up the visuals. Cuz porn does tend to get kind of stale,” he also added.

Drake Claims He’s Been Waiting “10 Years” For Kendrick Lamar Battle

Drake versus Kendrick Lamar has been a long time coming. They were the defining rappers of the 2010s, and they even featured on each other’s classic albums. Nothing was the same, however, after K. Dot put out the “Control” verse and referenced Drake by name in 2013. They have have been subliminally dissing each other ever since, which makes the sudden explosion of diss tracks and blatant call-outs so exciting. The gloves are finally off, and one of them could not be more eager to engage in full-on battle.

DJ Akademiks has become the unofficial mouthpiece for Drake throughout the Lamar feud. The online personality has broken news on his live streams and updated fans with messages from the 6 God. He continued to do so during a recent episode of his Off the Record podcast. Akademiks clarified that he doesn’t share every text exchange he has with Drake, but felt that the rapper’s comments about Lamar warranted reporting. He told the other guests on the show that Drake has been waiting for “10 years” to battle Lamar, and is hopeful his opponent rises to the challenge.

DJ Akademiks Says Drake Wants A “Showdown” Now

DJ Akademiks relayed Drake’s frustration with K. Dot and his pattern of dropping combative verses and then going away. “[Drake’s] watched the pattern,” Ak noted. “Like he specifically told me, ‘I’ve watched this guy do the same bait and switch every time. He drops like a verse that people are hyped up about. I’m always ready to engage, always ready to defend myself, and then [Lamar] goes ghost and nothing happens.” Akademiks then referenced the diss track that K. Dot has allegedly been writing for several years, and inferred that Drake’s desire to engage is what has fueled his trolling via social media posts and diss tracks.

“You can tell [Drake] wants the showdown to happen now,” Ak added. “Not for everybody to go back to their corners and reconvene another time. He wants it now.” Drake’s constant trolling could not be more different in approach to Lamar, who has been silent since he dropped the “Like That” verse. Fans have debated which approach has been more effective thus far, but a decisive winner can’t be decided until Lamar decides to come out of hiding and drop a response to Drake’s “Push Ups.”

ScHoolboy Q Announces New Blue Lips Weekends Tour

Earlier this year, ScHoolboy Q released his first new album in 5 years. He led off what’s expected to be a massive 2024 for his label Top Dawg Entertainment with the critically acclaimed Blue Lips. The album featured guest spots from Freddie Gibbs, Rico Nasty, Ab-Soul, and more. It almost had an even more stacked cast but a planned collaboration with A$AP Rocky fell through. Now fans of the record will get a chance to see him perform the songs live for the first time this summer.

ScHoolboy Q announced a new tour, but it isn’t quite like the kind of tours most artists go on. Instead of playing a tightly packed series of shows in quick succession, he’s going on a “weekends” tour. He’s playing either two or three shows across a weekend for five straight weekends in July and August. The 11-show tour will hit numerous American cities as well as Toronto. Snoop Dogg Learns French In New Teaser For he Paris Olympics

Seemingly everyone loves Snoop Dogg and that doesn’t include just the United States. The rap superstar is so beloved worldwide that he plays a role in a promo for the upcoming Olympics in Paris. He shared the video to Instagram alongside NBC, who will air the competition, a their streaming service Peacock. With the Olympics just a few months away Snoop has to brush up on his French but luckily he has the perfect teacher.

The video is titled “French Lessons With Cordoba” the name of Snoop’s granddaughter. In the adorable promo video she teaches her world famous grandparent a few simple French lessons. The video takes place on an adorable set littered with pink decorations and mini tea party tools. He learns the names of different foods, landmarks, and greetings before turning it around on Cordoba and testing her knowledge. “Paris @nbcolympics is only a few months away yall!! 🇫🇷 So I called my granddaughter Cordoba to help me learn a few words” the caption of the video reads. Snoop Dogg Learns French For The Paris Olympics

Much of the recent discussion surrounding Snoop Dogg spawned from Drake’s new Kendrick Lamar diss track “Taylor Made.” On the song he used AI generated vocals of both Snoop and even more controversially of Tupac. After fans digested the new disses that he threw out at Kendrick, they started to process the use of artificially assembled voices of real rappers. That sparked a debate over whether or not Drake too things too far using the emerging technology in the diss track.

People like Suge Knight and even Tupac’s own brother have called him out for the move and claimed that it was disrespectful, even threatening legal action against the rapper. Conway The Machine Announces New Album “SFK” Dropping Soon

Fans of the Griselda trio of Conway The Machine, Westside Gunn, and Benny The Butcher hardly ever have to wait long for new music. Already this year, Benny The Butcher dropped his highly anticipated new studio album Everybody Can’t Go. The project was originally intended to drop last year but ended up being delayed until late January. That came just a few weeks after Westside Gunn and Conway dropped Hall & Nash 2, their second collaborative album with producer The Alchemist.

Now fans already know when they’re getting the next taste of Griselda and they won’t have to wait long. Conway The Machine took to Instagram to announce that his next album “SFK” was dropping soon. In fact, it’s just a few weeks away with a scheduled release date of May 10. He also shared the artwork for the album, a pretty simple and crude drawing of an angry face. Conway The Machine’s New Album Drops Next Month

While Conway hasn’t dropped a new project this year, he seemingly hasn’t stopped working for a second. He’s released a handful of singles of his own.
